Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a VIP Host to drive premium hospitality during events and manage the Premium Suite/Box pre-order program. You will coordinate with the Premium Sales Team, upsell food and beverage offerings, and ensure accurate orders through the POS system.

The role requires 18+ years old, willingness to work event-based hours, and customer service experience; F&B hospitality experience is preferred to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work hours that vary according to the event schedule.
• Experience with a point of sale.
• Customer service experience.
• F&B Hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
• Open and close duties as dictated by management.
• Place suite orders into the POS system for proper delivery.
• Communicate with Premium Director and Sales Team to relay information.
• Support Premium suite/box holders and upsell food and beverages.
• Collaborate with venue teams and assist with menu design and development.
• Maintain suite holder portfolio and POS data, manage outstanding balances.
