Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meets with directors before events to review details.
• Supervise staff during check-ins and breakdowns.
• Ensure food and beverages are displayed and maintained.
• Supervise runners and servers throughout the event.
• Create rapport with guests and upsell where appropriate.
• Oversee setup/breakdown within provided timelines.
• Perform post-event inventory and restocking.
• Create, modify and close sales checks in POS.
• Understand event paperwork and reports.
