Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Premium Suite Guest Services professional to support event operations and guest relations at our venues. You will assist with catering requests, client setup for events and menu builds, and ensure superior service throughout the event lifecycle.

You will also analyze client feedback, coordinate reservations for dining experiences, and work with the PSS team to resolve billing questions while supporting day-of-event service recovery as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• English reading, writing, math and basic computer skills required.
• Ability to stand, walk extensively, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining standards to exceed guest expectations.
• Serve as main contact for guests to request catering and set up events and menus.
• Analyze client and operations feedback to improve services.
