Job summary

FOX News Channel, in partnership with Red Seat Ventures, is launching a premium suite-host program in New York to deliver high-touch member experiences in arenas and stadiums. As a Suite Host, you will support on-site hosting, assist with catering orders, welcome members, guide them through the space, and help create unforgettable moments for our members.

The role requires 2+ years in member services or hospitality, strong CRM experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a member service role or hospitality space
• Experience working in CRM systems, entering, managing and organizing confidential data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and poise
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with little direction
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple engagement efforts
• Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless run-of-show execution, proactive issue resolution, and high-touch membership experience
• Host events including catering orders, greet members, navigate spaces, capture insights
• Engage with members via email, phone, text, and in person as their on-site contact
• Create welcoming environment by engaging members and facilitating introductions
• Join ad hoc meetings to provide member feedback and operational insights
• Assist Experience Manager in strategies to deepen relationships and retention
• Record member feedback and refine engagement based on data
