Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is recruiting an On-Premise Key Accounts Manager for Tacoma, WA. You will manage a critical group of on-premise accounts, working closely with distributors and marketing to drive NSV and market share through strategic planning and flawless execution.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, analytical capability, and the ability to travel as needed. You will partner with local leadership to align on priorities and deliver best-in-class account programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of work-related experience in other consumer goods companies.
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and develop strong partnerships across the business.
• Understanding of distribution, promotion, and selling techniques, alongside strong analytical capabilities, is strongly recommended.
• Knowledge and experience with On-Premise Key Accounts and understanding the levers to pull to drive growth.
• Exceptional planning and self-management skills.
• Licensed driver of motor vehicles and ability for intermittent travel.
• Lifting, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Market/Key Accounts Execution: End-to-end execution driving NSV, DGP, market share, and KPI attainment in assigned accounts.
• Business Planning: Lead category and brand plans, POS, promotions, and new item introductions.
• Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships and coordinate with the distributor for growth.
• In-market activations: Collaborate with marketing to execute activations and events.
