Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Dallas-based Key Accounts Manager to lead strategic relationships with major on-premise and off-premise accounts. You will drive NSV, market share, and program execution while partnering with distributors and internal marketing to bring in-market activations.

The role requires 1–5 years in consumer goods, strong stakeholder management, and experience in distribution and promotions. Travel is intermittent, with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years in consumer goods or related field preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and partnerships with national, regional, and independent accounts.
• Lead end-to-end market execution including NSV, share, and KPI attainment.
• Coach distributor sales force and align with local leadership on priorities.
• Develop category and brand plans, promotions, and new item introductions.
