Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to our Premium Services clients in live events. The role focuses on coordinating client benefits and experiences under top customer service standards, using industry knowledge to assemble memorable experiences.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, arrange parking, food & beverage, tickets, and itineraries, and support the Premium Services Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of related experience (event production, PREMIUM SERVICES, hospitality, ticketing, customer service).
Fully bilingual — English and Spanish.
Strong computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Respond to incoming calls and emails in a friendly and positive manner.
Coordinate PREMIUM SERVICE for high clients (parking, food & beverage, tickets).
Inform clients about upcoming events and deadlines.
Assist in ticket requests for Suites and Club seats.
Communicate to obtain information necessary to fulfill requests.
Prepare and ensure execution of PREMIUM SERVICES with detailed itineraries when needed.
Gather data and provide reports as defined by Premium Services Manager.
Utilize multiple computer systems to maximum effectiveness.
Assist in execution of special events and promotions.
Anticipate and meet Premium Services client needs.
Maintain high standards of courtesy and professionalism.
