Legends Global is recruiting a Premium Services Coordinator to ensure exceptional service for our Premium Services clients, coordinating resources like parking, food and beverage, tickets, and special requests.

You will engage with bilingual English and Spanish clients, respond to inquiries, prepare detailed itineraries, and collaborate with various internal teams to deliver memorable experiences at live events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1-2 years in event production, premium services, hospitality, or ticketing.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Customer-service oriented with attention to detail and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and emails about events and orders in a friendly, professional manner.
• Coordinate PREMIUM SERVICE for high-profile clients (parking, food & beverage, tickets).
• Inform clients about upcoming events and deadlines; manage itineraries.
• Assist with ticket requests for Suites and Club seats; collect necessary information.
• Prepare detailed PREMIUM SERVICES itineraries and provide reports as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments; supervise concierges, security, and ushers when required.
• Maintain high standards of courtesy, hospitality, and professionalism at all times.
