Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Service Representative to deliver top-tier service to premium seating clients in a dynamic Tampa project. You’ll manage onboarding, ongoing communications, and client satisfaction while supporting the sales team in meetings and payments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in sports, sales, service or hospitality, with CRM and ticketing system experience (Salesforce, Archtics, ProVenue). On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in sports, sales, service or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned premium seating accounts and build long‑term relationships.
• Lead onboarding, communication, and hospitality for a high‑quality, year‑round premium experience.
• Manage full lifecycle of premium accounts: contracts, invoicing, and payments; focus on 100% collections.
