Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Premium Server to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience for all suite and VIP clients across the arena’s premium hospitality areas. This role supports day-of-event premium food and beverage service, including setup, in-seat and suite service, and guest interaction.

This position requires a polished demeanor, hospitality background, and a passion for delivering high-end experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality or premium dining required.
• Experience in sports and entertainment venues or VIP service preferred.
• Must have basic math and cash handling skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food handler’s card required; TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to suite holders, VIP guests, and premium clients during events.
• Prepare suites, lounges, and premium areas before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Accurately deliver food and beverage orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and beverage selections.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Assist with stocking and breakdown of premium service areas before, during, and after events.
• Ensure premium spaces maintain cleanliness and appearance standards during events.
• Follow alcohol service guidelines and responsible beverage service procedures.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.
