Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a detail‑driven professional to support Premium Clients at SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH. You will serve as a liaison between Premium Clients and the venue hospitality team, handling inquiries and ensuring timely delivery of tickets, credentials, and contracts.

You will coordinate with finance on invoices, assist with graphics and marketing materials, and help maintain client relationships across events, while upholding quality service and a positive, energetic work

Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Proficiency with Photoshop and Canva.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between Premium Clients, Ticket Holders, and the venue hospitality team.
Provide ticketing support and ensure timely delivery of event credentials.
Create and distribute Premium Seating contracts.
Assist with website updates, graphics, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the Director of Finance on invoices distribution.
Supervise part-time event staff as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
