The role emphasizes customer-first service and integrity in every interaction. Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of experience, familiarity with CDK/Dealertrack/Reynolds, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer (1–3+ years)
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (CDK, Dealertrack, or Reynolds)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a professional, customer-first mindset
• Automotive knowledge sufficient to explain technical information clearly
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service guests, creating positive first impressions and lasting relationships.
• Accurately document vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and repair recommendations.
• Review multi-point inspections, prioritize repair options, and educate customers on next steps.
• Coordinate repair orders with technicians, parts, and warranty teams to ensure efficiency.
• Provide timely updates, secure customer approvals, and review final invoices at delivery.
• Recommend maintenance aligned with OEM standards and safety.
• Aim to achieve CSI, HPRO, and ELR targets through transparent practices.
