Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming service experience.

• Prepare repair orders and estimates for labor and parts.
• Communicate updates and timelines throughout the service process.
• Coordinate vehicle flow with technicians and parts departments.
• Verify completed work aligns with authorizations and final invoices.
• Review work performed and charges with customers clearly and confidently.
• Build trust through honesty, reliability, and consistent follow-through.

At Fury Motors South St. Paul, we’re looking for an Express Service Advisor who’s passionate about people, vehicles, and building long-term customer relationships. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our service guests — ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience from drop-off to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Express Advisor, or Assistant Lane Manager preferred
