Fields BMW of Northfield is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane, from greeting customers to explaining repairs. The role welcomes those new to automotive but with strong customer service or hospitality backgrounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of the Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer experience by carrying out additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, via phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
