Qualifications

• Experience as Service Advisor or related role preferred.
• Demonstrated customer satisfaction and relationship skills.
• High energy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with computers and eager to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle symptoms.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on mileage, history and manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare repair orders and estimates for labor and parts.
• Communicate updates and timelines throughout the service process.
• Coordinate vehicle flow with technicians and parts departments.
• Verify completed work aligns with authorizations and final invoices.
• Review work performed and charges with customers clearly and confidently.
• Build trust through honesty, reliability, and consistent follow-through.
