BMW of Minnetonka is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our premier service team. You will greet customers, identify vehicle needs, and act as the main liaison between customers and technicians to ensure seamless repairs.

With a focus on exceptional service, you will prepare repair orders, present recommendations, and communicate progress and costs. A background in automotive tech adds value, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ years experience as automotive technician is a plus.
• Team player focused on customer service.
• 1 year of mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately identify vehicle concerns and maintenance needs.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
• Create detailed repair orders and service estimates.
• Present maintenance recommendations and repair needs clearly and professionally.
• Verify warranty coverage and administer manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.
• Keep customers informed on repair progress, completion timelines, and costs.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
• Help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
