Job summary

The University of Oregon is seeking a Manager, Premium Seating & Parking within the Duck Athletic Fund. This role serves as the primary contact for premium seating clients, including suite holders and club seat members, and oversees parking allocations and related communications.

You will collaborate with development officers and ticket operations to drive revenue, engagement, and philanthropic support while delivering exceptional service during events and outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium seating, CRM, athletic development, ticketing operations, or hospitality services.
• Ability to build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and develop engagement strategies for high-value constituents.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing software such as Paciolan, Ticketmaster, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
