Qualifications

• Two years of general clerical experience.
• Associate's degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology.
• Graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology and one year of general clerical experience.
• College courses in Office Occupations or Office Technology substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for premium seating customers (suite holders, club seat members, hospitality clients).
• Manage premium seating accounts and related ticketing benefits, including parking allocations and communications.
• Collaborate with development officers, ticket operations staff, and athletics stakeholders to support revenue generation and customer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop engagement strategies for high-value constituents.
• Work outside normal hours including evenings, weekends, and athletic events as needed.
