Job summary

The 12th Man Foundation seeks a Director of Premium Seating, reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Development within the Annual Fund & Donor Services. You will lead gameday operations, manage premium seat programs, and ensure an exceptional donor experience for athletic events.

Collaborate with campus partners and ticketing teams, oversee contract administration, and coordinate with fundraising initiatives to support scholarships and facilities for championship athletics.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Experience with premium hospitality or athletic venue suites preferred.
• DocuSign experience preferred.
• Paciolan experience preferred.
• Must be able to work all home Texas A&M football and baseball games.
• Structured weekly schedule with occasional weekend/evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead gameday operations for Premium Seat Holders at football, baseball, and other events.
• Oversee Concierge Team recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and operations.
• Communicate with Premium Seat Holders via phone and email.
• Coordinate with AVP of Development on daily operations and large-scale seating plans.
• Collaborate with facilities, game management, hospitality, security and custodial services.
• Manage Premium Seat Holder agreements and contracts through DocuSign.
• Draft internal and external communications.
• Support premium sales and upgrades with Ticket Office and Major Gifts.
• Plan premium gameday operations for Softball and other events.
