Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Premium Sales & Service Manager for SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH. You will lead premium seating sales, including suites and lounges, and drive revenue through annual and event-based initiatives, while managing client relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will guide budgeting, track KPIs, and collaborate with Home Office and arena teams to optimize the Premium program, ensuring timely access to credentials and seamless service for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales/service industry, preferably entertainment or high-value segment.
• Ability to develop and present sales decks and long-term contracts.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell annual and event-specific premium seating options (suites, clubs, lounges).
• Drive revenue through strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Produce sales reports and forecasts; manage invoicing with Finance.
