Job summary

University of Central Florida Athletics is seeking an Account Executive for Premium Sales & Service on the Orlando campus. You will drive premium and group ticket sales for football, basketball, and baseball, building relationships with season ticket members and prospects.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, events, and follow-ups, with a focus on customer service, CRM updates, and meeting sales goals. Evening/weekend availability and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales calls and presentations to promote premium and group experience products and achieve sales goals.
• Proactively generate, solicit, and follow up on sales leads.
• Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through networking events, in-game visits, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records related to sales activity and account management.
• Participate in events such as sales tabling, raffles, and group experience fulfillment.
