Responsibilities

• Set up conference rooms and meetings per client requests, including A/V, food, beverages, and supplies.
• Clean and maintain conference rooms and kitchens; restock supplies as needed.
• Provide coffee and beverages each morning and clean up at day end.
• Assist in reception/Office Services coverage as needed and train new hires.
• Coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure competitive pricing and timely service.
