Responsibilities

• Check conference room and meeting schedule; note changes for accurate setup.
• Set up rooms per client requests: AV, food, beverages, utensils, ice, etc.
• Clean up rooms and return items to vendors.
• Prepare coffee and beverages in kitchens each morning.
• Tidy pantries and coffee areas throughout the day.
• Communicate scheduling or deadline issues to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of catering supplies; order as needed.
