Responsibilities

• Maintain pantries, cafés, beverage stations, wellness rooms, and shared spaces to hospitality standards.
• Provide coverage for reception, assisting with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver a welcoming, hospitality-focused experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
• Coordinate catering deliveries, refreshments, and hospitality services for meetings and events.
• Support meeting room readiness, setups, resets, and room turnover.
