Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in a professional office environment. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services with exceptional presentation and responsiveness.

The role is non-exempt and requires strong hospitality, communication, and organizational skills, with light physical duties and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in hospitality or client service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with room reservation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated guest experience by greeting visitors and responding promptly.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms with furniture, AV, and catering support.
• Coordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings.
• Inspect conference rooms and offices for cleanliness and stocking supplies.
• Assist with after-hours events, setup, and breakdown activities.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors for seamless events.
