Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year hospitality/related experience.

Responsibilities

• Check conference room and meeting schedules and note changes.
• Set up conference rooms with A/V, food, beverages, and supplies.
• Clean up rooms and return items to vendors as needed.
• Prepare coffee and other beverages in assigned kitchens.
• Communicate with supervisor about meeting needs and deadlines.
• Maintain inventory and order catering supplies.
• Place orders for food and beverages for meetings.
• Coordinate with personnel, food merchants and vendors for pricing.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Answer telephone in Office Services center.
• Adhere to company and client policies.
• Provide back-up support to Reception and Office Services.
