Job summary

• 5-7 years experience in Concierge/Host role at a blue-chip company or luxury environment.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Professional presentation and presence.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and act proactively.
• Strong relationship management and cross-team communication.
• Administrative multitasking and client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the office lobby as main contact for visitors and staff.
• Ensure a seamless, personal guest journey and escort guests to meetings.
• Answer calls, take messages, and manage reservations and mail.
• Coordinate events, transportation, and catering per guest requests.
• Book meeting rooms and manage AV, layout, and refreshments.
• Maintain guest records and liaise with other departments for smooth service.
• Support client functions after hours when needed.
