JES Holdings is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure the upkeep of multifamily properties, delivering timely work orders and professional resident service. You will perform drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and general maintenance across properties.

The role requires punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work overtime and travel for training. Experience with unit turns and safety standards is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting and building operating systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing systems as part of unit turns and preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently and maintain curb appeal.
• Complete daily resident work orders and respond to after-hours needs.
• Assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Travel for regional and corporate training when required.
• Report health and safety concerns to management.
