Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a maintenance professional to service multifamily properties, performing units turns, preventative maintenance, and on-call support as needed. This role emphasizes punctuality, professionalism, and proactive service to keep properties in top condition.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance, with strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems, plus REAC/INSPIRE prep experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Complete general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and perform daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Carry maintenance tools and travel to properties as needed.
• Assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks.
• Train on HVAC, safety, HUD/LIHTC maintenance standards.
