Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a proactive Property Maintenance Technician to support our residents by handling unit turns, routine repairs, and preventative maintenance across properties. You will perform drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, and general building upkeep with an eye for safety and quality.

The role requires reliability, availability for after-hours calls, and the ability to travel between properties while following HUD/LIHTC standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair and building operating systems.
• Familiarity with REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of unit turns, work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Assist with unit makes ready tasks and quarterly preventative maintenance.
