Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties in excellent condition. You will perform repairs, respond to work orders, and ensure safety and curb appeal across units and common areas.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting skills, plus knowledge of building operating systems and on-site safety practices. On-call availability and mobility to various sites are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to units and common areas.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues promptly.
• Complete work orders accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety on site.
• Assist with on-call maintenance after hours as needed.
• Coordinate supplies and transport with approved vehicles.
