Job summary

JES Holdings seeks a hands-on maintenance technician to support our multifamily properties. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues, and complete work orders to keep units, lobbies, and common areas in excellent condition.

The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with teams. You will travel to properties as needed, participate in quarterly preventive maintenance, and respond to

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel environments.
Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.
Ability to work overtime, be on call, and travel to regional properties.

Responsibilities

Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC as part of unit turns and preventative maintenance.
Perform general repairs independently and maintain curb appeal.
Complete daily resident work orders and assist neighboring properties as needed.
Be available for after-hours on-call and participate in training programs.
