Job summary

JES Holdings, including its Fairway Management division, is seeking skilled maintenance professionals to keep our multifamily communities in top condition. You will handle routine tasks, prioritize resident service, and ensure timely completion of work orders with attention to detail.

The role requires experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance, with willingness to travel to properties and participate in trainings; overtime may be required; EPA Type II preferred

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel settings.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems (e.g., door entry, fire suppression).
• Familiarity with REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC as part of unit turns and preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently to maintain property condition.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for after-hours on-call and overtime as needed.
• Assist neighboring properties and travel to regional or corporate trainings.
