ON.com LLC in Seattle is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium in-store fan experience. You will master Cloud CX and execute the 5 Steps of Service to welcome guests and build loyalty.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support the retail function with expert product education, meticulous inventory handling, and premium visual standards. Night shifts, weekends and some holidays required.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
Growth mindset and a passion for learning, with the ability to stay resilient and coachable.
Reliable with a track record of consistent performance and adherence to SOPs.
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Meticulous attention to detail and presentation.
Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilités

Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering Cloud CX philosophy and the 5 Steps of Service.
Support guest interactions with elevated try‑on rituals and personalized product education.
Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail and premium visual standards.
Maintain accurate inventory reflecting On’s global positioning.
Collaborate with the team to start and finish every shift together with clear communication.
