Job summary

On in Corte Madera, CA is hiring a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium in-store fan experience. You will master our Cloud CX Premium service model to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will drive premium service standards, support guest interactions with personalized product education, and maintain premium visuals and inventory accuracy. Night shifts, weekends, and some holidays required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new products or processes.
• Reliable and accountable with adherence to SOPs.
• Strong communication and team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented with pride in premium retail execution and presentation.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering our Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term brand loyalty.
• Support guest interactions through elevated try-on rituals and personalized product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey.
• Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory management to reflect On’s global positioning.
• Support On’s unique market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear communication to start and finish every shift together.
