Job summary

On is seeking a Store Advisor in Chicago to deliver a premium, individualized fan experience and act as the brand ambassador for our Cloud CX Premium service model. You will master the 5 Steps of Service, educate guests on products, and resolve hesitations to ensure a seamless shopping journey.

You will support daily operations with meticulous attention to detail, maintain premium visuals, and manage inventory reflecting On’s global positioning while engaging with the community and collaborating

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Must be reliable with a track record of adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized in-store experience as a brand ambassador.
• Execute the 5 Steps of Service to drive guest loyalty and confidence in On.
• Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory to reflect On’s positioning.
• Support store operations, schedule adherence, and effective shift handoffs.
