On.com LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a Store Advisor to deliver a premium, individualized in-store experience and to master the Cloud CX Premium service model. You will guide guests through the 5 Steps of Service to build loyalty and ensure a memorable visit.

You will educate guests on products, manage inventories with care, and maintain polished visuals. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Meticulous attention to detail in handling and presenting product.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a premium, individualized in-store experience using the Cloud CX philosophy and the 5 Steps of Service.
• Educate guests on products and assist with try-ons to resolve hesitations.
• Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory across the store.
