On Store Advisor is the brand ambassador by creating a premium, individualized fan experience in-store and mastering our Cloud CX Premium service model to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support retail operations with premium visuals, accurate inventory management, and collaborative teamwork to start and finish each shift together, driving brand loyalty and human spirit through movement.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn new products or processes.
• Reliable with strict adherence to store SOPs.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and some holidays.

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering our Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service to build brand loyalty.
• Support guest interactions with elevated product education to ensure a seamless shopping journey.
