Job summary

On in-store is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium fan experience. You will master our Cloud CX Premium service model to ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will uphold premium service standards, support product education, and maintain visual standards while reflecting On’s global positioning. Night shifts, weekends, and some holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset and a passion for learning.
• Reliable and accountable with adherence to SOPs.
• Strong communication and team-first mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and personal presentation.
• Able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience and master our Cloud CX philosophy.
• Support guest interactions with elevated rituals and education for a seamless journey.
• Execute daily tasks with premium visual standards and accurate inventory management.
• Contribute to community engagement and teamwork with clear shift communication.
