Job summary

On is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium in-store fan experience. You will master Cloud CX Premium service and the 5 Steps of Service to make guests feel genuinely welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support the retail function by delivering excellence through authentic service, maintaining premium visuals, and ensuring accurate inventory while engaging with the community and teammates across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new products or processes.
• Reliable with a track record of consistent performance and SOP adherence.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high presentation standards.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering our Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term brand loyalty.
• Support guest interactions through elevated try-on rituals and personalized product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey.
• Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory management to reflect On’s global positioning.
• Support On’s unique market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear communication to start and finish every shift together.
