ON is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador for our premium in-store fan experience. You will master Cloud CX principles and deliver the 5 Steps of Service to foster loyalty and welcome guests with warmth.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support daily operations, uphold premium visual standards, educate guests about products, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth shift and an unforgettable shopping journey for every guest.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Reliable with strong adherence to store SOPs

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium, individualized fan experience following Cloud CX framework
• Support guest interactions with product education and seamless shopping journey
• Maintain premium visual standards and inventory accuracy; execute daily operations
