You should have 1+ years in retail or customer-facing roles, a growth mindset, reliability, and strong teamwork. Night shifts, weekends, and some holidays may be required.

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new products or processes.
• Reliable and accountable with adherence to SOPs.
• Strong communication and team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience and follow the 5 Steps of Service.
• Assist guests with product education and resolve hesitations for a seamless journey.
• Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory management.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate clearly to start and finish shifts together.
