Job summary

ON.com LLC is seeking a Store Advisor to deliver a premium, individualized in-store experience guided by our Cloud CX philosophy. You will work under the Store Leader, supporting operations, inventory, and customer interactions to strengthen brand loyalty and create WOW moments for fans.

You will respond to fan inquiries, resolve issues positively, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment while supporting display updates and product flow. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized customer experience rooted in On Spirits and Cloud CX to create meaningful moments.
• Respond to fan inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Assist with unpacking, back-stocking, and organizing deliveries to manage inventory efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to Health & Safety standards.
• Support daily tasks such as restocking shelves, updating displays, and managing product flow.
• Contribute ideas for in-store events and community engagement to boost fan interactions.
