Mastering our Cloud CX Premium service model, you will ensure every guest feels welcome and supported by a detail-oriented approach. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will drive brand loyalty through exceptional service, elevate product education, and help safeguard premium standards while collaborating with teammates

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset and coachability for new products or processes.
• Reliable with adherence to SOPs and strong personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium, individualized in-store experiences.
• Guide guests with product education and try-on rituals to resolve hesitations.
• Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory.
