Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles delivering quality experiences.
• Growth mindset, eager to learn, resilient and coachable when learning new products or processes.
• Reliable, accountable with consistent performance following SOPs.
• Strong communication and team-first attitude, engaging to achieve collective goals.
• Detail-oriented, premium retail requires precise execution and presentation.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering Cloud CX and executing the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term brand loyalty.
• Support guest interactions through elevated try-on rituals and personalized product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey.
• Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory management to reflect On’s global positioning.
• Support On’s market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear communication to start and finish every shift together.
