Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a friendly Concierge in Austin to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll anticipate needs, arrange reservations, provide local recommendations, and assist with transportation while maintaining a neat, professional appearance.

You’ll collaborate with hotel teams, handle guest inquiries with poise, resolve concerns promptly, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across our premium properties in the Austin area.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift at least 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to guests, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Assist guests with reservations, information, and transportation arrangements.
• Develop knowledge of hotel services and local area; answer questions with thoughtful recommendations.
• Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge and maintain lounge cleanliness.
• Maintain positive working relationships and present a neat, professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
