White Lodging in Austin, TX, is seeking an At Your Service - Phone Attendant to be the friendly first point of contact for guests, answer calls, dispatch requests, and ensure timely follow-up with excellent service.

You'll develop knowledge of hotel services and local area to provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations while collaborating with team members to maintain effortless guest experiences.
