Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Concierge in Austin to deliver world-class customer service to employees and guests. You will be the first point of contact, greet visitors, handle passes, and coordinate events and services on-site.

You’ll support phone communications, prepare presentations, arrange activities, and work with vendors while following security procedures. This role emphasizes reliability, organization, and a service-first mindset in a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all visitors; greet warmly and issue passes following security protocols.
• Answer the phone professionally; create presentations and speak to groups of various sizes.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; coordinate mail and onboarding tasks.
• Acknowledge inquiries from employees, guests, and coworkers; provide professional solutions.
• Organize on-site events; secure space, set up/tear down, deliver supplies.
• Follow property security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain detailed information within the team; follow directions from the manager.
• Apply established procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
