Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or concierge experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of local restaurants and attractions preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with focus on cleanliness and presentation.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills to learn hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service in the Concierge Lounge.
• Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations.
• Keep lounge clean and guest-ready.
• Assist guests with local recommendations, dining reservations, transportation, and hotel services.
• Answer guest questions and fulfill special requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and local attractions.
• Support front office operations and guest communications as needed.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
