Serenity is growing its client-facing team in Utah and seeks a Member Sales Associate on-site to guide clients through their options with clarity and confidence, ensuring they feel informed every step of the way. You’ll help clients navigate next steps and stay genuinely supported throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets.
• Strong active listening skills and ability to document information accurately.
• Ability to manage a high volume of interactions without quality slipping.
• Some leadership experience or desire to grow into one.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through their available options with clarity and a consultative approach.
• Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and document client information accurately.
• Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance goals.
• Handle objections with composure and redirect toward solutions.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to keep the client experience seamless.
• Follow up with clients to maintain momentum and prevent gaps.
